With items such as ‘Warm artichoke, asparagus, orange & feta salad’, the ‘Hot-smoked salmon and potato salad’ or the ‘Fillet of beef with dukkah spices served sliced on roasted sweet potatoes and butternut with spicy tomato chutney’, to name but a few dishes – there is sure to be something to peak the interest of most attendees to the show, and if this is not to your taste, you can always try the Tea-garden station, seafood station or sushi station to satisfy a host of appetites and cravings alike.

Parking at the CTICC is never a problem, with over 1,400 secure, easily accessible on-site parking bays available to visitors.
